Homer Estates is a family-run, independent Estate Agency situated in Ensbury Park, Bournemouth. 

With the strategic vision to expand into the Poole & Christchurch area, Homer Estates have a wealth of experience in the property industry from their on-going property development and Stewart Homer’s extensive knowledge of the property industry himself.

Having bought his first property in the 1980s, he has since established a property portfolio. He has bought and sold many properties over the years, renovated old houses and built new houses across the whole of the South coast. Now, Stewart brings drive, vision and strategic oversight into the company, offering professional all round advice within the property sector.

Stewart Homer

Company Director

Having been involved in the property industry for over 40 years, Stewart Homer has a wealth of experience to promote and share through this fantastic opportunity as a newly opened estate agency.

On his journey, Stewart has gained an established property portfolio, developed extensive experience with many new build projects, and gained valuable knowledge in the financial services mortgage sector.

He is able to offer professional advice on many aspects, including: the ‘Help to Buy Scheme’, guidance on how to deal with a range of mortgage options, and strategic oversight of development potential on your property – all of which are unique to meet your needs.

He now brings his wealth of knowledge and passion for the property industry into the heart of Homer Estates, as an integral part of the team.

james payne

James Payne

Sales Director

James has a vast knowledge of the property industry. He trained as a builder attaining an NVQ in his early years where he was able to learn the different phases of the construction process, whether that was renovating properties or working on new build developments.

He then progressed onto managing his own property development business, sourcing land for the development of new build houses and working closely with homeowners, landowners, architects, planning consultants and planning officers. Later, he partnered with the team at Homer Estates to explore a career in estate sales and management.

James’s love and passion for the built environment really shines through in every task he undertakes. James is currently at university studying Quantity Surveying, working towards achieving his degree. James’s customer service and attention to detail are second to none.

Outside of work, James is a father to two daughters, Adriannah and Elsie, whom he adores. James enjoys keeping fit, running regularly and practising Yoga.

Paige Lomas

Sales Negotiator 

Paige is starting her career with Homer Estates after working in a variety of customer service roles. There, she gained a wealth of skills and learnt the importance of maintaining great relationships with clients. Paige’s passion is working closely with people and she thrives off of customer satisfaction.

As part of Paige’s career progression, she worked within the mortgage department at Nationwide Building Society. Working for Nationwide gave Paige a clear understanding of the mortgage application process and the importance of data protection.

Having gained her A-level qualifications in 2020, Paige has a fresh intellect and a hunger to learn. She is thrilled to be pursuing an exciting career at Homer Estates where she is utilising her previous experience and knowledge, and also bringing an innovative approach to marketing, sales and social media.

Michelle Homer

Design and Property Consultant

Kerri Chant

Finance and Senior Customer Care Consultant

Kerri has lived in Christchurch and Bournemouth her whole life and has extensive knowledge of the local area. She has worked within the property industry for over 10 years and has previously worked for the UK’s largest property management company as an accountant.

Having spent the past four years working within and specialising in the new build sector, her role has covered all aspects of new build, including: finance, help to buy, and supporting buyers through their journey in purchasing a property. Kerri takes great pride in delivering personalised customer care, building friendly and professional relationships with our customers that enables seamless buying experiences.
